Ingredients:
2 sticks (1 Cup) unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 Cups (packed) light brown sugar
2 eggs, room temperature
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 Cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 Cups unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 Cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease your cookie sheets with nonstick spray. Cream the butter and brown sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla extract. Beat until combined.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt to the wet mixture. Mix well.
- Add the chocolate chips. scrape the bottom of the bowl to make sure everything is evenly blended.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough 2-inches apart on greased pans. Bake 8-10 minutes. Once done cooking let cookies rest on the sheet for 2 minutes, then remove from pan. Cool completely on a wire rack and enjoy!
I love these cookies and lost my recipe for them a couple months ago, so I was really happy to find this. :)
